Jacob Aceret

Jacob is a skilled construction professional with a passion for spending time with his dog, playing golf, and enjoying quality time with family and friends. He got his start in the industry as an electrical helper for a small company in Wilmington, NC, but quickly realized that his true passion lay in residential construction. This led him to study construction management and sustainable technologies in college and eventually pursue his dream job at a design/build firm.

Jacob was drawn to his current role at Classic Homeworks because of his experience working on a project called Integrated Design Experience Lab (IDEX) in college. As part of a cohort of students, Jacob worked as a design/build firm to construct a resource center in Burnsville, NC. He loved working with creative people and problem solvers and knew that this was the kind of work he wanted to do in his career.

Jacob’s varied experiences in custom home building, production home building, and house flipping have given him a keen eye for detail and a passion for getting into the nitty-gritty of each project. He believes that the details matter and is committed to ensuring that every aspect of his work is of the highest quality. With his dedication to excellence and his love for the creative and problem-solving aspects of design/build work, Jacob is a valuable member of the Classic Homeworks team.
