Country Club Revamp
The owners of this 1909 home wanted to keep the existing footprint of the house but update it with modern finishes. The revamp focused on the main floor and second floor.
On the main floor, the kitchen was remodeled to include new appliances, an updated bar area, and the room was lightened up with white cabinetry and lighting. The living room features hardwood floors and an exposed staircase to the second floor to make the room feel more open.
The second-floor renovations included an updated master suite. The master bathroom eliminated the bathtub but made room to incorporate a double vanity. The family made the most with this space and can enjoy it for many years to come.
