- Once you contact us about your project, we discuss your vision so we can begin to understand your wants and needs for your current space.
- We schedule an appointment with our Senior Project Developer and they meet you at your home to get a more detailed understanding of the scope of your project.
- We present you a Design Agreement for the schematic portion of the design for your remodel.
design
COST: Schematic designs are typically 2-4% of estimated construction cost
- Once in design, your designer creates several schematics for your space and you will work together to develop and refine the plans to meet your needs.
- We produce the preliminary estimate for the project based on the plan you choose.
- Our staff manages the product selection process, maintaining a balance of your style and budget throughout.
construction
COST: Starting at $75,000
- We hold a ‘trade day’ and obtain competitive bids from specialty trade subcontractors.
- We then present you a contract agreement outlining exactly what is included in the scope of your project and what to expect moving forward.
- We work with the city to pull the necessary permits and you meet with our Production Manager and your Project Manager to discuss how to best manage the construction process in your home.
- Your Project Manager is your main point of contact during construction while our team continues to manage the details, maintaining schedules and producing quality work.
Construction Completed!
- We walk through the project with you to ensure every detail is exactly right.
- We send in a cleaning crew and schedule a photoshoot to capture the amazing transformation of your space!
- We stand behind our work with a one-year warranty.
