DESIGN/BUILD PROCESS
CONSULTATION
We take a look at your home and begin to understand your ideas. This is a good time to ask questions.
DESIGN AGREEMENT
We email you a Design Agreement for your review. This provides the design fee and a low-high price range for construction.
PHOTO & MEASURE
Once the Design Agreement is signed, our experienced Designer(s) will come to your house to measure and photograph the space in detail.
DESIGN SCHEMATICS
Your Designer will create several different schemes for your space to fit your needs and you will work together to create the one that works best. We will generate a detailed estimate to come within +/- 10% of the final price.
PRODUCT SELECTION
With your plans finalized, our staff helps you select products that match your style and budget. Our Designers are responsible for all of the ordering.
CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS
A detailed Construction Agreement is put together, outlining every step of the job. This includes a final price and completion date. Once you sign the Construction Agreement, we move into the build or construction phase.
SUBCONTRACTOR WALK THROUGH
Multiple subcontractors for each trade walk through to setup a competitive bidding situation. An engineer may also visit at this time.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Before we break ground, you will meet your Construction Manager and Project Supervisor. The daily routine will be discussed and you can lay out the rules for the crew.
CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
Your Project Supervisor will be on-site daily to ensure the plans are followed, discuss any issues and make sure the site is as neat as possible.
CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED!
We do not collect the final payment until the work has been completed and you are satisfied with the project. We stand behind our work with a two-year warranty.
